Moody MansionHome to one of the country's wealthiest people in the 1950's, this 1895 mansion has been preserved along with memorabilia from the original family.

Paddleboard, Surf or KayakArtist Boats, Kayak Adventures, SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard), and Surfing. You can find lessons and equipment rental, too, right here on the island.
Grand 1894 Opera HouseEnjoy the ambiance of the Grand 1894 Opera House attending one of their year-round concerts, plays, or other performances in this building that has survived many hurricanes.
Pier 21Visit Pier 21 to view the 1900 storm presentation and explore the Elissa Tall Ship and Offshore Drilling Rig.
Galveston Railroad MuseumThe Galveston Railroad Museum takes guests back to a time when the rail ruled.
Trolley CarThe Galveston Island Trolley is a heritage streetcar that runs along the seawall and up to The Historic Strand District. Rides are $1 and exact change is required.
