At AveO, we take Covid-19 seriously and have implemented procedures to ensure our valued guests are even more comfortable and safe than before. As a mom & pop business, we have a lot invested in making sure your experience is as luxurious, clean, and relaxing as our guests have come to expect.
All Employees, Guests, and Visitors of the AveO are required to wear face coverings when in the common areas or otherwise unable to maintain six feet of distance between other persons, as required by the City of Galveston’s Executive Order effective June 23, 2020. Guests are also required to wear face coverings and maintain social distancing of at least six feet while in public.
Contactless check-in is available upon request.
Hand sanitizer is provided in the common areas and should be used before touching surfaces frequently touched by others, i.e., doorknobs, stairway railings, etc.
Extra cleaning and sanitizing of rooms and common areas with emphasis on frequently touched surfaces.
Washable comforters and linens are cleaned and sanitized between guests.
Contactless temperature screening is available. If we suspect a person is ill, we will check your temperature.
Breakfast will be served in the dining room with 6' of separation between parties, or you may elect to have your breakfast brought to your suite at no additional charge.
Anyone showing visible signs of illness may be asked to leave as a precaution to ourselves and other guests.
