From Houston

Take I-45 South towards Galveston, over the causeway, to Broadway (I45 turns into Broadway past the causeway) continue straight to 23^rd street, turn right to Avenue O, turn right again to 2323 which is on the left hand side. 

From San Antonio and Austin, Texas (by-passing Houston)

Take I-10 East to I-45 south to Galveston. Go over the causeway to Broadway (I-45 turns into Broadway past the causeway) continue straight to 23^rd street, turn right to Avenue O, turn right again to 2323 which is on the left hand side. 

From Beaumont, Texas (by-passing Houston)

Take I-10 west to Winnie exit.  Take Highway 124 south.  Turn right onto Highway 87 to Bolivar Peninsula.  Board the ferry to Galveston.  Come off the ferry and go straight up Ferry road until you reach Seawall Blvd. (Please note: Ferry road curves to the right before you reach Seawall Blvd. - watch the signs).  Turn left onto Seawall Blvd.  (The water will be on your left)  continue down Seawall to 23rd St. Turn right on 23rd and left on Avenue O. 2323 is the first house on the left hand side.
